If you are unable to access the catalogue please fill in our feedback form with the following details
- Time it occurred
- Browser you are using
- Error message displayed
if the catalogue won't let you renew the items on your card
You are unable to renew items through the web catalogue if:
- the item is overdue
- there are any outstanding bills on your card
- it has already been renewed
- the item has been placed on hold by another person.
