if you can't access the web catalogue

If you are unable to access the catalogue please fill in our feedback form with the following details

• Time it occurred
• Browser you are using
• Error message displayed

if the catalogue won't let you renew the items on your card

You are unable to renew items through the web catalogue if:

• the item is overdue
• there are any outstanding bills on your card
• it has already been renewed
• the item has been placed on hold by another person.

if you get the following error #UGMust be all digits

Please contact the library and advise your library card number. This error occurs when there is a negative number of holds on your card. You won't be able to login until your record is fixed.
