Community noticeboards are provided for organisations and individuals in the region for the display of informational notices of public interest.
Notices should be given to library staff to ensure that they meet with the guidelines.

Many of our library branches have display cases that may be booked by community groups. Display cases are at: Knox, Ferntree Gully, Boronia (x2), Rowville (x2), Ringwood (x2), Croydon (x2), Healesville, Mooroolbark, Belgrave, Lilydale (x2), Mt. Evelyn and Montrose.

meeting room hire
The following library branches have meeting rooms that may be hired by community groups: Ferntree Gully, Boronia, Rowville, Belgrave, Yarra Junction and Mt. Evelyn. Please contact the branch for cost and bookings.
