Rowville Library was established in 1989 under the clock tower at Stud Park Shopping Centre. It is a bright and busy library well used by the local community as a place to meet people, find out things and borrow from a wide range of resources. Lots of young families and retirees make use of our facilities and our friendly staff are always happy to help you.
