Troubleshooting
If your email account is with Hotmail or Yahoo Mail and you find that the newsletter keeps going to your Junk Email Folder, put the newsletter email address in the safe list. The email address will appear in the TO: section of the newsletter.
Always make sure that you have not exceeded the quota for your email. If you have exceeded the quota the newsletter will bounce back to us and you will not receive it.
