Half Nelson starring Ryan Gosling
Plot: An inner-city junior high school teacher with a drug habit forms an unlikely friendship with one of his students after she discovers his secret.....source: IMDB

Stick with it during the first 15-20 minutes as you try to piece all of the characters together but it's well worth it in the end. Of course if you don't like mumbling you might not like it.

Cypher starring Jeremy Northam and Lucy Liu
Plot: An unsuspecting, disenchanted man finds himself working as a spy in the dangerous, high-stakes world of corporate espionage. Quickly getting way over-his-head, he teams up with a mysterious femme fatale..........Source IMDB

Wow! I loved this film. Lucy Liu is incredible as the femme fatale and David Hewlett has some wonderfully creepy scenes with Jeremy Northam at the end. There's a real vibe between those two.

We always have a Good Friday movie marathon and the best one we saw was:

Death at a funeral starring Matthew MacFadyen, Keeley Hawes and Alan Tudyk
Plot: Chaos ensues when a man tries to expose a dark secret regarding a recently deceased patriarch of a dysfunctional British family...Source: IMDB

OK so the plot doesn't sound particularly funny but the chaos that ensues is hilarious. Alan Tudyk is particularly funny as the boyfriend who accidently takes an hallucinogen instead of Valium.

Hot Fuzz starring Simon Pegg
Plot: Jealous colleagues conspire to get a top London cop transferred to a small town and paired with a witless new partner. On the beat, the pair stumble upon a series of suspicious accidents and events.....Source: IMDB

Hilarious. Can't believe I never caught up with this one earlier.

Jetstream narrated by Kavan Smith
Doco summary: Jetstream chronicles the gripping trials of an elite group of Air Force pilots struggling to master one of the world's most advanced supersonic tactical fighter jets, the $35-million F-18 Hornet. Hand-picked from thousands, seven men and one woman are poised to join the world's most exclusive fight club. Who will make the cut?.....Source: IMDB

Just started watching this. Got it from Canada. Thoroughly fascinating seeing the progression and what the fighter pilots have to go through. I'm pretty sure I would fail the human centrifuge.
